What Are the Workouts Like?

Expert trainer Kelsey Heenan designed her Get Stronger workouts to help you tone your entire body through a series of scalable, targeted resistance-based workouts that you can do from the comfort of home. All you need is a set of dumbbells. If you want to add a little extra comfort, you have the option to add a mat and towel.

Here’s a quick breakdown of the workouts you can expect:

  • Upper Body: Build upper body strength and definition with targeted resistance exercises that challenge your shoulders, arms, chest, and back. This session focuses on controlled, progressive overload to improve muscle endurance and sculpt a powerful upper body.
  • Lower Body: Develop lower body strength, stability, and power with compound movements that target your glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves. Expect a mix of functional and strength-based exercises designed to enhance endurance and build lean mass.
